André arrived at Instituto Anami in 2007 and was integrated into a group with 5 other chimpanzees. He is a cheerful chimpanzee but a little fearful, and to solve his problems within the group he made an alliance with the alpha male (Biito), taking advantage of security and every moment of interaction between him and Biito. It is very common to see André calling others to play. In addition to staying in his tower with his legs crossed, resting and observing everything that happens around him. He is very affectionate and has the personality of a quiet chimpanzee who loves to interact. </ P>
