Zoos in the anteroom of death: escape and death in Palma de Mallorca, Spain

We received information that a Safari in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, notified yesterday the escape of two chimpanzees who lived trapped in small cubicles at the zoo.

The order was to kill them, because the zoo is not prepared to do the chemical immobilization, such as any similar institution protocol. It is easier TO KILL innocent beings, who are desperately seeking freedom after years and years being tortured in centers that preach that exist for conservation of the species and the education of youth.

Female Eva has already been murdered and the male Adan is being sought and will also be killed.

GAP Project Spain is sending a protest note given the lack of security of this Zoo-Safari, as well as of most Spanish zoos.

Pedro Pozas Terrados, GAP Spain director, who a few hours after his return from Mexico (where he went to support the campaign that GAP Mexico is doing to recover the lives of several primates – orangutans as Toto and Jambi, who are suffering a miserable life Chapultepec Zoo), meets this drama on his own country.

The reality is that every day more, zoos worldwide have been converted in the anteroom of death for millions of innocent animals who live imprisoned, to amuse a society that cares little for the life of any animal and even of humans.
