Save Morgan of captivity (with VIDEO)

ORCA COALITON

Orca Morgan, a 4-year-old female orca whale, has been found very injured and weak on June 2010, on Wadden Sea, at Nedherlands coast. She was rescued and sent to the local aquarium, where she was exhibited to the public after being recovered. Morgan is ready to be sent back to the sea, but, unfortunately, lobby of zoos and aquatic parks is trying to take her to Sea World, USA, where many other whales suffer all their lives imprisoned in tanks in captivity.

Aiming saving Morgan of the unnecessary captivity, a group of seven people found the Free Morgan Group, which is working hard to avoid the orca to be sent to a zoo or to a park. You can get to know more about Morgan’s story and all the story of Orca Coaltion watching a video on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCQ4qgOlAy8

The effort of the coalition already saved Morgan to be sent to Loro Park, in Spain – which was already denounced for mistreating of animals by GAP Project Spain – and the group needs help to continue the work of saving Morgan and get her back to the sea, where she belongs.
