“ANIMAL TORTURE IS A DESASTRIOUS CRIME”

Mr. David Guetta,

We do not know if you have been informed. If not, please find out. Dream Valley Festival, scheduled to take place on November 16 and 17 in a park called Beto Carrero World, in the state of Santa Catarina, southern of Brazil, is promoting your participation as one of the main attractions. However, that is not just a theme park. In fact it is also a Zoo, where hundreds of animals, including great apes, cats, giraffes, and some of Brazilian fauna biodiversity, are forced to live, beyond their desire.
I do not know what that hundreds of innocent beings, with ultra sensitive ears, will think during the torture they will be submitted to in the two days of the party. It will be hell on earth for them.
We do not know if your excellent curriculum of electronic music work will be tainted, but make sure that millions of people worldwide, especially your fans, will think about it. If you refuse to perform your show in a zoo, we are sure that it will represent a breakthrough in your musical career.
Get informed and ask the organization of the event. The only one who can decide if it is worth putting on your resume and social networks in the world the reputation of having tortured – for two days – hundreds of innocent animals, who already suffer with imprisonment and exhibition for life in the zoo, which contributes nothing, but maybe some money for their owners, to the human society.
We have given a solution for the owners of the park and zoo in Santa Catarina : close the zoo, transfer animals to other destinations, especially Sanctuaries – we already offered ours, which hosts more than 300 animals – and do all the shows they want without having to injure anyone. They did not accept our proposal. They prefer to “press in many ways the Brazilian authorities” to release the park for this torture session without caring for the mental health of prisoners beings who live and can do nothing.
The decision is in your hands. Demand that the zoo is disabled to make your presentation or deny doing it. It’s what the world and your millions of fans expect from your story.
