R&R PROJECT
Pepper was rescued 12 years ago from the Laboratory for Experimental Medicine and Surgery in Primates (LEMSIP), in United States, and was sent to the Fauna Foundation sanctuary by NEAVS (New England Anti-vivisection Society).
Project R&R established this day to remember the memory of hundreds of chimpanzees who died in torture centers and lots of others who are waiting to be rescued and retired and is considering it as the “D” day to achieve the support of 112 legislators at American Congress to the Great Ape Protection Act (H.R 1326). There are already 100 congress men signing the proposal and 12 to go. Send your message asking for the law to be approved. Your participation is very important. North-American chimpanzees thank.
