CURITIBA SANCTUARY: NEW FACILITIES ARE CONCLUDED
posted in 13 Mar 2009
After more than five months of construction, Curitiba Sanctuary concluded the building work of a new enclosure to great primates, which is considered as a model and as the most advanced to home them.

The enclosure, which has an internal area with a dining hall and bedroom with more than two floors high, has controlled temperature and electronic control of the doors. In the external area, apart from the wood platforms and gadgets to games, there is a big wall all around it. But this wall has big glass windows, which allow an almost total vision from inside and outside.

The photos show these new facilities, which turn it to be the most modern and advanced sanctuary in the world to shelter great primates.
