An Argentine NGO, Laura Baggio Foundation , requested information from the director of the Cordoba Zoo , in Sarmiento Park , on the justification for changing the chimpanzee Toti by a white tiger and on the benefits  the municipality had with this operation , and if it was legally approved .

Meanwhile, the environmental leader Laura Baggio asks where the chimp Toti is. It is said, according with the authorizations of his transfer, he was sent to the private zoo Bulbaco, in Rio Negro. So far, Rio Negro zoo only presented a diagram of the enclosure , made in computer, but no photo in real time.

According to what is reported in the official paperwork , Toti was moved at dawn on December 21 by a truck to Rio Negro,  in the same moment Alejandra Juarez , on behalf of the GAP Project , presented a request for Habeas Corpus to secure the release of this chimpanzee to a Sanctuary in Brazil .

The document denouncing the loss of Toti, who is a heritage, according to the complainant of the city of Córdoba, wonders how much is a white tiger and a chimpanzee worth , and if the exchange was fair.
